1971 BSR acquired Bulpitt and Sons[1] which became BSR (Manufacturing) Ltd.

1986 BSR (Manufacturing) Ltd acquired:[2]

1986 BSR (Manufacturing) Ltd, a private company, was re-registered as Tenby Industries plc

1989 Moulinex bought Swan Housewares from BSR, including Teasmade and Swan trademarks.[3]

1989 The Bulpitt company was dissolved on 21 May.

1989 Tenby Industries plc was re-registered as Tenby Industries Ltd, a private company.

2001 Tenby Industries was renamed LeGrand Electric Ltd
