Iron Masters and Mine Owners, of Prudential Chambers, Albert Road, Middlesbrough (head office); Lackenby Iron Works, Grangetown, and Roseberry Mines, Great Ayton.
- The company was formed to acquire the Tees Side Iron Works which were subsequently dismantled.
1896 The company was registered on 10 July. [1]. Incorporated as a limited company
1902 The Lackenby furnaces were purchased.
1907 The Roseberry ironstone mines were added to the company.
1909-10 The furnaces built by the Lackenby Iron Company (in 1870) were rebuilt and the entire plant brought up to date.
1913 The company acquired the Ayton Banks ironstone mine.
1914 Ironmasters and mine owners. Speciality high-class Cleveland foundry pig iron for home and Canadian use. [2]
1924 At an EGM held at the offices of Pease and Partners Limited, it was decided that the Company be wound up voluntarily[3]
