1893 T. H. White and Company Limited was registered, with capital of £140,000, to acquire the business of the same name, which had been established upwards of fifty years previously. The company manufactured cereal products of all kinds from wheat, oats, barley, maize, and rice. There were also extensive patent maltings both in Belfast and London.[1]
