1926 'Stroud Metal and Plating Company Limited has been registered a private company with a capital of £5,000 in £1 shares. To carry on the business of manufacturers of umbrella furniture, ribs and frames, metal workers, mechanical engineers, machinists, fitters, millwrights, founders, enamellers, electroplaters, etc. The permanent directors are Messers J. J. Webber, Scarborough House, Dudbridge, near Stroud, G. B. Chell, Goulden-street, Rochdale-road, Manchester, J. Matthews, Ashburnham, Woodhouse-road. North Finchley, and R. Chadwick, 11, Hanover-street. Manchester. The qualification is £500 shares and the remuneration fixed by the company. The Manager Mr. J J.
