1903 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Lionel Mancha Bennett and Arthur Edward Bennett, carrying on business as Motor Car and Motor Cycle Experts, Agents, Makers, and Dealers, under the style or firm of the STEATHAM MOTOR CAR COMPANY, at 27, Highroad, Streatham, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Lionel Mancha Bennett, who retires from the firm. The said Arthur Edward Bennett will continue the said business under the present style or firm of the Streatham Motor Car Company...'[1]
