1939 Living at Spitchwich Manor, Poundsgate, Newton Abbot: Stephen Simpson (born 1899 July 25th), Engineer. With Stephen J. V. Simpson (born 1915), Engineering draughtsman.
Raised funds for the repair of Exeter Cathedral after bomb damage in WWII.
