Articled to firm of Chartered Accountants, 1930-35; various positions with firms of Chartered Accountants, 1935-42; with Foreign Office (Intelligence), 1942-45; various commercial appointments, 1945-48; Secretary, London Overseas Freighters, Ltd., and Director of various companies since 1948.
