1926 The Splinterless Glass Company Limited was incorporated.[1]
1928 The business was acquired by a new company, Splintex Safety Glass Limited, for a purchase price of £74,500. It was acknowledged in their prospectus that the success of the business required it to remove from Teddington to larger and purpose-built premises elsewhere.[2]
