1919 Private company formed as British Brass Fittings to take over the businesses of Sperryn and Co, Charles Joyner and Co, Ingrain and Kemp, and Player and Mitchell.[1]

1952 British Brass Fittings was in liquidation

1960 Acquired by Delta Metal Co.[2]

1961 Group manufacture "Spersom" gas thermostats, relay valves, cocks, electrical accessories and water and steam fittings, ship and railway fittings. 1,000 employees.[3]
