1893 Died. 'Mr. Spencer Chadwick, of Parliament-street, the surveyor the Marquis of Salisbury’s and the Earl of Derby’s London estates, died at his residence at Highbridge, near Shoreham, on Sunday morning. Deceased, who was well known in the building world, was about 54 years age, and was architect of Daly's and other theatres. His death occurred after a fortnight's illness, consequent upon typhoid fever and congestion of the lungs supervening upon influenza'[1]
