1882 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Fuller Toovey and William Foster Watts, carrying on business as Bicycle and Tricycle Manufacturers, under the style of the South London Machinists' Company, at Suffolk-grove, Great Suffolk-street, Southwark, in the county of Surrey, and at Tower-chambers, Moorgate-street, in the city of London, was, on the 6th day of April, 1882, dissolved by mutual consent...'[1]

1884 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Fuller Toovey, William Foster Watts, and Walter Woods, carrying on business as Bicycle and Tricycle Makers, Agents, and Dealers, at Suffolk-grove, Great Suffolk-street, Southwark, in the county of Surrey, and at Tower-chambers, Moorgate-street, in the city of London, under the style or firm of South London Machinists' Co., has been dissolved, by mutual consent...'[2]
