1944 Simmonds Products Ltd., a Company of the Simmonds Group, Gt. West Rd., London.[1]

1947 Electric and General Industrial Trusts acquired Simmonds Aerocessories, Ltd., and Simmonds Products, Ltd.[2]. Sir Oliver retained his interest in Simmonds Development Corporation. Ltd., with offices and factory in the London area.[3]

1949 A new private company was formed, Simmonds Products, Ltd., to acquire the business and assets of Simmonds Products (Treforest), Ltd.[4]
