1939 Simmonds Development Corporation was part of the Simmonds Group

1943 Simmonds Aerocessories Limited, Great West Road, London. A company of the Simmonds Group.[1]

1944 Simmonds Products Ltd., a Company of the Simmonds Group, Gt. West Rd., London.[2]

1947 Electric and General Industrial Trusts acquired Simmonds Aerocessories, Ltd., and Simmonds Products, Ltd.[3]. Sir Oliver retained his interest in Simmonds Development Corporation. Ltd., with offices and factory in the London area.[4]

1952 Fram is a product of the Simmonds Group, distributed by Stenor Ltd, of Richmond[5]
