'...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Thomas Pemberton, Samuel Burton, and Thomas Hardy Sinkinson, in the trade or business of Brass Founders, at Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, under the style or firm of Simcox, Pemberton, and Co. was dissolved, on the 31st day of December last, by effluxion of time; and all debts due and owing to and by the dissolved partnership will be received and paid by the said Thomas Pemberton...'[1]
