1974 Put together a battery-operated electric bus into commercial operation with the co-operation of Chloride Batteries, Seddon, Sevcon Controls, EDC electric motor manufacturers.

The bus intended to be a 50 passenger single decker with a range of 40 miles on one battery.[1]
