1917 Dissolution of the Partnership between Karl Friedrich Schall and William Edward Schall, carrying on business as Electrical Engineers, at 71 and 75, New Cavendish-street, London, under the style of SCHALL AND SON, and recently of SCHALL AND SCHALL, was terminated by the retirement of Karl Friedrich Schall therefrom. William Edward Schall would carry on the business under the style of Schall and Son[1]

1946 Amalgamated with Solus Electrical Ltd, forming Solus-Schall Ltd

1949 Company voluntarily wound up[2]
