1861 Salisbury Baxendale 34 , Printer master, barrister out of practice, lived in Paddington with Edith Marian Baxendale 27, Salisbury Baxendale 4, his nieces, Mary Alice Birley 16, Edith Mabella Birley 12, and Edith Gertrude Baxandale 3[3]

1862 Baxendale retired from the partnership which was continued as Spottiswoodes by George Spottiswoode[4]

1907 Died in Chertsey
