'...the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned, Joseph Bailey and Thomas Henry Bailey, carrying on the business or profession of Mining and Civil Engineers, Land Agents, and Valuers, at 13, Bennetts-hill, Birmingham, under the style or firm of S. AND J. BAILEY, has this day determined by effluxion of time. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Henry Bailey, who will, in co-partnership with his son, Cecil Henry Bailey, B.Sc., continue the said business or profession under the present style or firm of S. and J.
