1957 Acquired by Pulsometer Engineering Co.[1]

1958 Name changed.

1961 Precision engineers, manufacturing fuel pumps and fuel system equipment for aircraft and vehicles. Also wedged key split bushes. 520 employees. [2]

Subsidiary of Pulsometer Engineering Co when it was acquired by Booker McConnell and Weir.[3]

1962 Booker Group sold the company to Plessey Co.[4]
