'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Samuel Appleyard, Benjamin Wright, and David Wright, as Curriers and Leather Dressers, at the Oxford Works, Mean wood-road, Leeds, in the county of York, under the style or firm of S. Appleyard and Co., was dissolved, by mutual consent, on the 27th day of November, 1890. All debts due to or owing by the said firm will be received and paid by the said Benjamin Wright and David Wright...'[1]
