1874 Dissolution of the Partnership between Samuel Pardoe Yates and Stephen Prust Wills, in the trade or business of Carpet Manufacturers, at Wilton, under the style or firm of the Royal Axminster and Wilton Carpet Factory; the business would be carried on by Samuel Pardoe Yates[1] but Yates died soon afterwards.

Presumably a predecessor of Yates and Co of Wilton and the Wilton Royal Carpet Factory.
