1895 '.....Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Percy Rosling and Frederick Joseph Arundel Matthews carrying on business as Electrical and Mechanical Engineers at the Trafalgar Works Trafalgar-street Bradford in the county of York and at Porter-street Hull in the said county of York has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 31st day of August 1894. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Percy Rosling.—Dated the 7th day of February 1895.'[2]
