'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Samuel Edward Rope and Harry Spencer Francis, carrying on business as Engineers, Millwrights, Ironfounders, and Dealers in Agricultural Machinery, and Implements, at Hadleigh, in the county of Suffolk, under the style or firm of Rope and Francis, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
