1911 May 09th. Pilots licence No 80 at brooklands on a Roe Biplane.

Chief Test Pilot for Short Brothers until 1918 when he was succeeded by John Lankester Parker

1915 Married Stephanie Smith in Faringdon

1979 Died in the New Forest
