'...the Partnership between the undersigned, William Lewen Tugwell Robins and John Henry Cox, in the trade or business of Portland Cement Manufacturers, at Great Scotland-yard, Whitehall, in the county of Middlesex, and Northfleet, in the county of Kent, and elsewhere, under the firm of Robins and Company, was on the 31st day of December last, dissolved by mutual consent; and in future the business will be carried on by the said William Lewen Tugwell Robins on his separate account...'[2]
