Robert Willis (2)
Robert Willis of E. B. Wilson and Co
1849 Willis's farmer's Steam-Engine.[1]. This was an undertype traction engine, with two cylinders of 6.25" dia, 10" stroke. Unusually, the longitudinal seam of the boiler barrel was fire-welded rather than being riveted.
