Consisted of Robert Sharpe and his sons Paul Wallace Sharpe, William John Sharpe and presumably Charles James Sharpe.

1860 The San Paulo (Brazilian) Railway company entered into contracts with Mr Brunlees, the civil engineer, and R. Sharpe and Sons for the construction of Sao Paulo Railway line, purchase of the rolling stock and maintenance for 12 months after opening[1]

1872 Dissolution of the Partnership between Paul Wallace Sharpe and William John Sharpe, as Contractors for Public Works, under the firm or style of Robert Sharpe and Sons, of No. 1, Victoria-street, in the city of Westminster[2]
