'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Robert Fell, John Charles Fell, and Henry Fell, carrying on business as Lead Manufacturers, at the Craven Lead Works, Skipton, and elsewhere, under the style or firm of "ROBERT FELL AND SONS," has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the first day of January, 1905.
