'...the Partnership subsisting and heretofore carried on by us the undersigned, Richard Fort, James Fort, John Fort, and John Parker, as Calico-Printers, at Oakenshaw and Manchester, both in the County of Lancaster, under the firm of Richard Fort and Sons, and in London, under the firm of Richard Fort and Co. is this day dissolved by mutual consent; and the business will in future be carried on by the said Richard Fort, James Fort, and John Fort...'[2]
