1938 Died. 'The death has occurred of Mr. Richard F. Bowen. B.E., M.I.C.E.I., County Surveyor and Borough Surveyor, Kilkenny, at his residence, Sheestown, Kilkenny. Mr. Bowen, who was a native of Cork was ill for some time. He was brother of Dr. W. Bowen. B.Ch., Enniscorthy. and of Mr. Bowen, County Surveyor for Waterford.'[1]
