1935 Reliance Foundry was formed; it ran alongside the General Engine and Boiler Co at the Hatcham Ironworks in New Cross, South London.

1975 All manufacturing at the Hatcham Ironworks was taken over by Reliance Foundry at its new factory in Greenwich.

1986 Mr Douglas Hills was invited by F. W. Boswell to purchase the Reliance Foundry with the intention of merging it with his company, the Hills Diecasting Co of Sydenham, South East London. The combined company was established at Greenwich.

2001 Diecasters, ferrous and non-ferrous, founders machinists, heat treatment engineers, industrial coatings.
