REGINALD CLAYTON BARNBY, born at York in 1867, died there on the 16th December, 1912.

He served his articles with Oldham and Bohn, of Hull, and was subsequently engaged on railway contracts in South America and Siam. In 1898 he became Resident Engineer for new works on the Hull and Barnsley Railway.

Mr. Barnby was elected an Associate Member of The Institution on the 6th December, 1892.
