1988 Field, Sons and Co was renamed Reed Packaging Ltd.

1988 Reedpack Ltd was formed by a management buyout from Reed International[2]

1990 Acquired by Svenska Cellulosa AB which would enable new recycling facilities to be built at Aylesford[3]

1991 Renamed SCA Packaging Ltd

2012 Acquired by D. S. Smith. Became D. S. Smith Corrugated Packaging Ltd. Disposed of the Consumer UK Operations in Darlington[4]
