1841 Built - engine by Caird and Co, Greenock, who subcontracted the hull to Robert Duncan, Greenock, for Royal Mail Steam Packet Co

1865 Broken up

1890 A second vessel of this name, a Steel Screw Steamer with 3 Masts, was built for the Royal Mail company by [[ Robert Napier and Sons]], Govan. Used on Southampton-South America service

1913 arrived at Bo'ness to be broken up by Forth Shipbreaking Co Ltd, and beached at their Bridgeness yard.
