1959 Business established as joinery subcontractor[1]

1987 Shares started to be traded on the USM

1987 Acquired Perrymatics and Rossmore, makers of gas and oil boilers, Grange Press, publishers, Alexander, maker of kitchen appliances and reproduction fireplaces[2]

1988 'The RKF group, of West Sussex, which specialises in heating and plumbing services'[3]

1989 Acquired a theme park[4]

1990 Recession in the housing market led to losses being reported by this mini-conglomerate[5]

1991 Receiver appointed to the company; another company (presumably subsidiary) that was put into receivership was Pak-A-Way Heating[6]
