'...the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by George Bower, John Qualter, Edward Hall, and William Shaw Harrison, under the firm of Quaker, Hall, and Company, at Barnsley, in the county of York, in the trade or business of Ironfounders and Boiler Makers, was dissolved, so far as relates to the said William Shaw Harrison...'[1]
