1907 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Alfred Burton, Edward Pritchard Burton and Frank Burton, carrying on business as Tobacco Manufacturers, at No. 1, Farringdon-road, London, E.C., under the style or firm of "PRITCHARD AND BURTON," has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the first day of July, 1907. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Edward Pritchard Burton and Frank Burton, by whom the said business will be carried on under the said style or firm of Pritchard and Burton as heretofore...'[1]
