Pont Victor Emmanuel
Also known as the Pont des Anglais.
Located in the commune of Cruet, the bridge crosses the River Isère. Open to the public in 1856 with Savoie's first railway line, it is the oldest metal railway bridge in France. It became a road bridge when the railway was diverted, and is now disused.
It is a wrought iron lattice girder bridge, on masonry piers, constructed by Thomas Brassey.
Unfortunately it is threatened with demolition in 2017, and efforts are being made to try to prevent this.
