1902 The Piccadilly Motor Company Limited was incorporated.[1]

1904 The creditors of Mr H. F. Rees, described as a motor-car expert, late of Piccadilly, had their first meeting at the Bankruptcy Court.[2]

1906 The company was struck off and dissolved.[3]
