1907 Peter Lee and Sons Limited, 7 High Street, Glasgow, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £5,000, to acquire the business of Peter Lee & Sons, paint merchants, oil refiners, and motor spirit merchants, Glasgow.[2]

1970 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]
