1914 Company set up by wealthy American Percival White (1887-1970) who inherited great wealth when his father drowned on the Titanic.

1914 Produced the 'Projecta' automobile prototype. The car was a monocoque-bodied two seat cyclecar, it was powered by a vee-twin JAP engine with two speed gearbox and belt drive to the rear wheels

Within a year he had returned to America (Milton, Mass) and later became well known as a pioneer in marketing
