1898 Public company established Pearson Fire Alarm System Ltd (did this have any connection with Pearson Fire Alarm Syndicate (Railways, Docks and Shipping)?)

1899 Pearson's Automatic Fire Indicator Company was in liquidation and the assets handed to Pearson Fire Alarm Systems Ltd[1]

1903 The company was registered on 9 March, in reconstruction of the Pearson Fire Alarm System Ltd[2]

1911 Amalgamated with the May Oatway Fire Alarm Co to form Associated Fire Alarms Ltd, a public company[3].
