By Mr. HERNE, (late Paulin and Herne,) on WEDNESDAY, March 28, at Eleven, on the Premises, near the Lillie Arms, North-end-road, Kensington, THE valuable new Erection of Engine-house, Pan tiles, rafters, stone, bricks, doors and window-frames, ironwork, cast-iron tubes frem 16 to 20 cwt. each, large iron tank, two mahogany writing-tables, and a variety of other effects ; which may be viewed on Tuesday and till the time of sale on Wednesday. Catalogues had on the Premises; the Crown Tavern, Kensington ; and of the Auctioneer, No. 33, Lombard-street, and High-street, Shadwell.

'To Engineers, Soap, Oil, Candle-manufacturers, Packers, and Others.— Capital Hydraulic and other Presses, powerful Air-pumps, Coppers, two tun of Cocoa-nut Oil, covered Van on Springs, Vats, Casks, &c., Brook-street, Ratcliff.—By Mr. HERNE (late Paulin and Herne), on FRIDAY, March 23, at Twelve, on the Premises, Brook-street, Ratcliff, corner of Caroline-street, by direction of the Proprietor, THE valuable Effects, consisting of an Hydraulic Press equal to 600 tons pressure, five large wrought-iron screw-presses, with metal boxes and frames, wrought iron plates, two very powerful new air pumps, four iron mains, two large melting coppers with brick and ironwork, new covered van on springs, a truck, two tun of cocoa-nut oil, gallons lamp-oil, new tin cans from one to ten gallons each, bell-shaped and other vats, casks, beam and planks, useful wood, and a great variety of other articles, which may be viewed on Thursday, and till the time of sale on Friday.
