1900 The company was registered on 18 December, to acquire and amalgamate the businesses of certain firms engaged in the patent packing oilcloth and tarpaulin trade. [1]

1960 Packaging Products (Holdings) formed as a joint venture with Lloyd's Packing Warehouses to combine the waterproof and waxed paper manufacturing interests of both groups.[2]

1967 Company liquidated.[3]
