Presumably successor to or subsidiary of Oxfordshire Steam Ploughing Co
1919 Introduced the Allen road scarifier, which took advantage of the weight of the road roller for re-surfacing roads.
1921 Exhibited a rebuilt engine for a road roller (as did Eddison's at the same exhibition)
1921 John Allen was governing director; George William Graham Allen and James John Cullimore Allen were managing directors.
1924 Name changed, presumably becoming John Allen and Sons (Oxford) Ltd.
