1969 Parent company Drake and Gorham, Scull combined Ottermill Switchgear with Chilton Electric.[2]

1972 Sold by Drake and Gorham, Scull to the Westinghouse Electric Corporation.[3]

c.1994 Business was taken over by Eaton (Cutler-Hammer).

c.2003 Closed.

The premises are now (2015) derelict.
