1941 Osborne and Company (Hillington) Limited, 7 Osborne Street, Glasgow, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £100, to carry on the business of metal refiners and lead pipe manufacturers.[1]

1949 The company was struck off and dissolved.[2]
