1941 Nutscene Limited, of 2 William Street, Dundee, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £500, to carry on the business of agents or brokers for the purchase and sale of, and dealers in, all kinds of apparatus, appliances used in connection with arboriculture, agriculture, and horticulture; manufacturers, importers and exporters of fungicides, insecticides, etc.[1]

1988 The company was taken over by the Economic Forestry Group.[2]

1995 The company went into liquidation.[3]
