By the 1840s the bank's London agents were London & Westminster Bank.

1884 the bank assumed limited liability as Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Banking Co Ltd

By 1911 the bank had almost 30 branches.

1919 Acquired by London County Westminster and Parr's Bank
