1906 The North British Motor Manufacturing Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £20,000, to carry on the businesses of manufacturers of and dealers in automobiles, motor cars, and motor cycles.[1]

1907-1909 Maker of the Drummond automobile. Designed by D. McKay Drummond of the Dumfries ironworks.

1909 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
